Where You Get Ready on Our Property

We sit on two acres in the Redlands of Miami, right by the Florida Everglades. Our Getting Ready House is part of the property, not a separate stop across town. The ceremony space, the tiki hut, and the greenery you'll photograph in are all here with it.

Six Bedrooms and Air Conditioning

Our Getting Ready House has six air conditioned bedrooms, and we make it available to wedding parties and VIPs. Six rooms sounds like plenty until you count who's actually in there. The wedding party and VIP guests. Photographers capturing preparation moments. Plus whoever ends up holding the steamer. The air conditioning provides a comfortable environment while wedding parties prepare.

Space for Your Guests

The stretch between guests arriving and the ceremony starting is where a lot of venues leave people standing around with nothing to do. We have two acres for that. There's a donkey, a goat, and free range chickens on the property, two swings sized for adults and kids, and a fire pit lounge with wicker sofas. One guest told us the children in her family had a great time here, which tends to be what happens when kids have this much room and a few animals to meet.

Sunset and Evening

Sunset views are one of the first things people notice about this place, and we plan the day so you're outside for them. Our tiki hut anchors the property with wooden furnishings and ambient lighting, and we also have a full outdoor sound system available for events. We also have air conditioned indoor spaces, which is how we host celebrations in every season rather than hoping the weather cooperates. Our spaces work for fifty guests, and they work for 800, so the same layout thinking applies whether you're keeping it small or filling the property. You can customize the lighting and the decoration to match whatever you've planned.

You can bring in the caterer, planner, florist, and DJ you already want, or choose from our curated network of Miami event professionals. We work with wedding and event planners, catering and bar services, DJs, live bands and lighting, photographers and videographers, and decor, rentals and florals. Many of our packages offer bundled services, which save time if you'd rather not source every piece yourself. Your event rehearsal and photo sessions are included, so you'll have spent time on the property before the wedding day and won't be seeing the space for the first time in your gown.
